Welcome offer terms

The offer

A valid Altavera Travel gift code provides 10% off eligible Altavera agency service fees on a new booking. The discount applies only when an eligible agency service fee is charged.

Validity and discount limit

Issued gift codes do not expire. The 10% discount has no maximum dollar limit, but it applies only to the eligible Altavera agency service fee and not to the total trip price.

New bookings only

The gift code must be presented to an Altavera travel agent before payment is authorized and before any ticket or supplier reservation is issued. It cannot be applied retroactively to an existing, previously paid or already ticketed booking.

Excluded charges

The discount does not apply to airline fares, hotel rates, taxes, carrier-imposed charges, supplier fees, baggage, seats, insurance, optional services, change fees, cancellation penalties or other third-party amounts.

Redemption

Call (888) 790-3660 and provide the six-digit gift code to the Altavera travel agent handling the new booking. The code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or account credit.

Offer availability

Altavera Travel may stop issuing new gift codes at any time. Gift codes already issued remain valid under these terms unless they were obtained through false information, misuse or unauthorized activity.
