Quote requests

Completing the travel chat or speaking with a travel specialist does not create a reservation, hold a seat or guarantee a fare. Prices and availability may change until payment is authorized and a ticket is issued.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for verifying names, dates, itinerary details, passport validity, visas, health requirements, baggage rules and entry or transit requirements before purchase and departure.

Pricing and service fees

Any applicable Altavera agency service fee and material fare conditions will be disclosed before purchase. Airline charges, taxes and optional services are separate and may be governed by the relevant supplier’s rules.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Altavera agency service fees are refundable when an eligible booking is cancelled before ticketing and non-refundable after a ticket is issued. Airline and supplier amounts remain subject to the purchased fare and supplier rules. Review our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You may not submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation or use the site for unlawful activity.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Altavera is not responsible for supplier schedule changes, cancellations, delays, missed connections, baggage issues, force majeure events or other actions outside the agency’s control.
